      You may qualify for a refund if:

      • Purchased points were successfully paid for but not added to your account
      • A duplicate transaction occurred unintentionally
      • There are fraudulent activities and/or unauthorized use of a credit card

      Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

      • Services that have been partially or fully delivered
      • A change of mind or dissatisfaction after the order has been confirmed and accepted

      • Include your Order ID along with a short explanation of your request
    4. Processing Time

      After your refund request has been reviewed and approved:

      • Refunds will be completed within 7–10 business days
      • All refunds will be issued using the original payment method only
