    1. Service Start Time

      NOVASTAR HK LIMITED strives to provide dependable and high-quality services while ensuring timely delivery for all customers.

    2. Estimated Fulfilment Timeframe

      Typical completion times based on service category are outlined below:

      • Boosting Services: Normally completed within 1–3 business days.
      • Actual completion time may vary depending on the complexity of the service requested and the current level of demand.
    3. Coaching Session Utilization

      • Scheduling & Validity: Coaching sessions are generally scheduled within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation and after receiving the player’s preferences. Sessions must be used within 30 days from the payment date.
      • Forfeiture Policy: Any session that remains unused after the 30-day validity period will automatically expire and be considered forfeited.
      • Service Terms: Coaching services are provided as a single-use service. Once the validity period has expired, sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
      • Session Details: Each coaching package includes a minimum of one (1) hour of private one-on-one coaching. Additional coaching time requires separate purchase.
      • Availability: Session scheduling depends on coach availability. While we aim to match your preferred schedule whenever possible, specific times cannot always be guaranteed.
    4. Important Notes

      • Delivery timeframes may vary depending on service conditions.
      • All services offered are delivered digitally.
      • Customers will receive updates regarding service progress and completion.
    5. Delivery Method

      • Confirmation via email communication

      • Temporary account access when required for service completion
      • Scheduled voice or video coaching sessions
    6. Order Updates

      • Email notifications regarding order progress
      • Updates available through the user dashboard
    7. Delivery Delays

      NOVASTAR HK LIMITED cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the following factors:

      • Incorrect or incomplete account details provided by the customer
      • Game server maintenance, downtime, or unexpected outages
      • Technical issues or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
    8. Service Completion

      • Email confirmation once the service has been completed
      • Direct communication with the customer if necessary

      Customers may also be asked to confirm that the requested service has been successfully completed.
