   • Boosting Services: Normally completed within 1–3 business days
   • Coaching Sessions: Coaching sessions are generally scheduled within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation
   • Coaching Session Utilization: Once the coaching/boosting session is scheduled, if the session is not utilized, the session will be considered forfeited. Coaching is a one-off service

3. Important Notes

   • Delivery timeframes may vary depending on service conditions
   • All services offered are delivered digitally
   • Customers will receive updates regarding service progress and completion

4. Delivery Method

   • Confirmation via email communication
   • Service execution within the game environment
   • Temporary account access when required for service completion
   • Scheduled voice or video coaching sessions

5. Order Updates

   • Email notifications regarding order progress
   • Updates available through the user dashboard

6. Delivery Delays

   NOVASTAR HK LIMITED cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the following factors:

   • Incorrect or incomplete account details provided by the customer
   • Game server maintenance, downtime, or unexpected outages
   • Technical issues or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

7. Service Completion

   • Email confirmation once the service has been completed
   • Direct communication with the customer if necessary

   Customers may also be asked to confirm that the requested service has been successfully completed.
